As the UK responded to the government lockdown, offices and shops all over the Manchester region were closing, our customers started working from home but our deliveries of fresh milk and dairy produce were still coming in daily.
We opened our doors to the public to help them get the essential supplies they needed but couldn’t get in supermarkets. We posted on Facebook to let the public know “We’re Staying Open”. The offices, cafe's and restaurants were closing but our care home customers, nurseries, NHS workers, and the public still needed their fresh milk, bread, eggs, and much more.
WAREHOUSE Drop-In – Open to the public
· Members of the public started to visit the counter to purchase fresh milk and produce
· Opening times: Monday to Friday 7 am until 1.15 pm, Saturday 7.30 am until 12noon Sunday 8 am until 11 am. (Bank holidays may be different hours).
We launched a PRE-ORDER SERVICE
· With our pre-order service, customers email their orders to sales@traffordparkdairy.com before the cut-off time of 6.30 pm for next day collection
· Monday to Friday: collect your order between 10.30 – 1 pm
· Saturday: collect your order between 10.45 - 11.45 am
· Sunday: no click and collect available – counter service 8 am till 11 am.
· NHS staff collection times: 5.30 and 1 pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday 7.30 – 11.45
· 10% discount for NHS – please show NHS card
· Customers will receive a confirmation email the evening before collection (before 9.30 pm)
Our Fresh Food counter is open to the public every day including Sunday. See our opening hours. We want everyone to stay safe, social distancing measures are in place at the counter, and with each of our services, payment is by card only.

· Deliveries on a TUESDAY and FRIDAY for M41 and M32 postcode areas
· 25 delivery slots available on each day
· Tuesday deliveries - orders have to be with us by 7 pm Sunday
· Friday deliveries - orders need to be with us by 7 pm Wednesday
· FREE DELIVERY – with a £10 minimum order value

We have fresh free-range milk delivered every day along with the best of British farm produce including free-range eggs, cheese, bacon, sausage, fresh potatoes, juices, waters, fresh bread, long-life milk, pasta and many more lines at great prices.

Tried the milk yesterday for the first time...... what a difference from the supermarket stuff that tastes like water in comparison. Will not be going back to that! The free-range is so creamy.... even the semi-skimmed. I had the full fat. It was beautiful. Another converted and happy customer!
